Tomato Ketchup – ½ cup
Garlic – 2 fat cloves (Minced)
Olive oil / Vegetable oil
Capsicum/bell peppers – A small portion (Finely chopped)
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Crushed red chilly – 1 tsp
Oregano – As per taste
Basil leaves – As per taste
Grated cheese (I used Mozzarella)
Heat oil in a pan.
Once it starts to brown, lower the flame and add capsicum, pepper powder and crushed red chilly.
When the capsicum turns soft, add tomato ketchup, oregano, basil leaves and salt.
Increase the flame. Mix well and add cheese.
Once the cheese is melted, switch off.
Your homemade pizza sauce is ready!
