Aval Rasmalai
Beaten Rice – 50 gms
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 1 cup
Toasted Coconut – 1/2 cup
Khova – 2 tbsp
Cardamom pods – 3 no
Roasted Cashew nuts & Raisins
Chopped Unsalted Pistachios

1.To cook the beaten rice: To a cup of milk, add beaten rice and milk khova and wait for khova to dissolve. Add some cardamom powder and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well and add a tsp of ghee. Cool the mixture and get a thick kheer, add some cashew nuts and raisins to it.
2. Ghee your palms and roll the mix into small balls.
3. To chilled milk, add 1/2 cup of sugar, saffron and pistachios. Finally, drop the balls into the
