Mix beef, onion, fennel powder, coriander powder, garam masala, meat masala, turmeric powder, crushed cardamom, green chilli
curry leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste and transfer to pressure cooker. Add water and Cook well. Transfer to a heavy bottom pan.
Simmer on low flame and add thin coconut milk. Simmer on low flame until gravy thickens. Add thick coconut milk and bring it to boil
Remove from stove. Add cashew paste and mix well.
Heat a pan and add oil, mustards and let it splutter
Add shallots, curry leaves
Remove from stove
Add pepper powder
Pour the mixture on top of mappas.
