Kashmiri chilly paste
Mix kashmiri chilly paste, sugar, pepper powder, salt and egg.
Put the fish into the mix and spread it
Dip in the corn flour and fry in the oil
Heat a pan
Saute garlic, ginger, green chilly, celery, onion
Add chilly paste,tomato sauce,sugar,salt
Put the fish into it and fold it.

Grind coconut, Mango, green chilly, shallots, curry leaves, salt
Take a banana leaf and spread the chammnady on it
Put the mathi on it and cover the fish with mango chammandi
Grill it on the tawa
