If you are looking for a quick fix instant breakfast/ lunch/ dinner try this easy Bread Dosa. They are soft and tastes great with coconut chutney/ Sambar. Enjoy these Instant Dosas.
Bread Slices – 7 big
Rawa/ Semolina (coarse) – 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 Cup
Chickpea flour (Besan) – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 11/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste
Oil – as required for making dosas
Trim the edges of the bread slices and cut into bite size pieces
Into a blender jar add bread pieces, shoji, rice flour, chickpea flour, sugar, salt and enough water to make semi thick batter.
Gradually add water while grinding as we don’t want to dilute the batter too much.
Preheat dosa taw on medium heat till it is moderately hot.
Add few drops of oil and sprinkle water. Spread oil evenly with a cloth or paper towel.
Add two ladlefuls of batter and spread gently in circular motion.
Add few drops of oil all over the dosa and cook till golden underneath.
Fold dosa at center and remove from the pan.
Serve hot with chutney or Sambar. Enjoy!===================================================
