Recipe 1 Caramel nut cake
butter – 150 gm
sugar powder -160 gm
egg – 3
nuts – 1 cup
maida – 150 gm
rum- 30 ml
vanilla essence – 2 small tspn
baking powder- 1 tspn
nutmeg powder – 1 spn
caramel syrup – 8 spn
*Pre heat oven for 300 degree C
1.Beat butter and sugar powder in a bowl for about 5 mins.
2.Add egg into it and beat well.
3.Add caramel syrup and vanilla essence, then beat again.
4.Sift together the maida, nutmeg powder and baking powder.
5.Add this to the egg mixture and beat again.
6.Pour it to the baking tray. Baking tray will be set by butter papper.
7.Bake in the pre heated oven, at the same time decrease the heat on 220 degree C.
