Hello viewers! In this recipe, I’m going to be showing you how to prepare Chilli Chicken!
HOW TO PREPARE CHILI CHICKEN:
– 200 gms Boneless Chicken
– 1 Chicken Egg
– Corn Flour – 4 tablespoons
– Bell peppers (diced) – 2 numbers
– Vegetable oil – 8 tablespoon
– Scallions – 3 numbers
– Onion – 1 number (chopped)
– Hot Chilli sauce
– Soya sauce
– Sugar – 1/2 tablespoon
– Salt to taste
Step 1: Coat the chicken with corn flour, half of the garlic, little bit of the ginger, salt, egg, 1 tsp chili sauce, 2 tsp soya sauce. The chicken should be coated very well.
Step 2: Start frying the chicken in the heated oil.
Step 3: After 3 minutes, flip the chicken to fry the other side.
Step 4: After frying, move it to another plate.
Step 5: Remove some of the oil from the pan for preparing the gravy.
Step 6: Add ginger and garlic and stir fry.
Step 7: Add onions. Don’t make the onions golden brown.
Step 8: Add chili and bell peppers and mix well.
Step 9: Pour 2-3 tsp of soya sauce.
Step 10: 1 tsp of chilli sauce.
Step 11: 1/2 tsp sugar
Step 12: Add few drops of red food color. This is completely OPTIONAL.
Step 13: Slide the chicken pieces into the gravy.
Step 14: Add mixture of cornflour and water and pour into the gravy.
Step 15: Add salt to taste.
Step 16: Garnish with spring onions.
Step 17: Serve into a serving dish.
Step 19: Devour!
