Hi everyone! This is an exciting collab video with the lovely Brianna Jackfruitson and Nikocado Avocado 🙂 They’re both awesome vegan YouTubers who visited me briefly in my humble home and we had such a great time making food and eating!!
In this video, I’m showing you guys what we made – it really is a super simple and easy recipe…. IF YOU HAVE A PROPER BLENDER. My blender was giving us a lot of hardship LOL. If you don’t have a good blender, my advice would be to add a little water at a time until it blends smoothly.
We decided to make raw zucchini noodles with healthy creamy avocado pasta…IT WAS SO GOOD. Nick and I also made some cooked spaghetti so we could enjoy it with our meal as well 🙂
