A quick “Crispy Potato Fry” Recipe
Ingredients: Potato – 4 nos
Oil
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
For Tempering
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli – 2 nos
Few Curry leaves
Method
1. Heat Oil in a wide pan. Add the Tempering ingredients Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida powder & Red Chilli.
2. Add the Potato, Curry leaves & saute it till the Potatoes are half cooked.
3. Keep the flame low and add salt, turmeric powder, and kashmiri chili powder and saute well till the potatoes are cooked.
That’s it! your quick easy crunchy potato fry is ready to serve!
