Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, this exceptional sweetbread is another refined and elegant dish from Mrs.Hema Subramanian’s kitchen.
TITLE: Crispy Sweet Bun
___ 3 buns (cut into halves)
___ Condensed milk
___ Cashews nuts
___ Other dry fruits (optional)
___ PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes
1.Take a wide pan, pour some ghee and toast the buns on both sides.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee and toast raisins and cashews.
3.Chop the raisins and cashews (not too fine) and spread them over the toasted buns.
4.Take a spoonful of condensed milk and sprinkle them over the bun.
5.Pre- heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the buns for about 10 minutes.
Simple Crispy Sweet Buns are ready to serve.
