Cucumber water will help you to cut some calories from your diet.

As per a study by Journal of Cancer Research, Cucumbers may help to prevent cancer:


Ingredients needed:
2 sliced cucumbers
1 chopped green chili
Salt to taste
2 chopped shallots
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
