Ingredients

Digestive Biscuits – 15 Nos
Ghee – 3 Tsp
Vanila Custard Powder – 4 Tbsp
Boiled & Cooled Milk – 1/4 Cup
Boiled Full-Fat Milk – 1/2 Litre
Sugar – 4 Tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds
Kiwi
Grapes

Method
In a mixer jar, grind the biscuit to a fine powder
Transfer the biscuit powder to a bowl, add ghee, and mix well
Fill the serving glasses with the biscuit base
Gently press the base
Set it in the refrigerator till we prepare the custard
In a bowl, take the custard powder, add boiled and cooled milk and mix well
Heat a pot with milk, add sugar and mix well
Whisk continuously and add the custrard mixture
Cook for about 2 mins
Cool the custard for 5 mins while stirring it
Pour the custard mix into the serving glasses with the biscuit base
Let it come to room temperature
Refrigerate it for 2 hours
Top it off with fresh fruits and serve them chilled
