We see evidence of our planet deteriorating everyday. From paving away the forests to make more room for massive chemical generating factories, to being bystanders who watch an unreal number of marine animals wash up on our shores.
The most painful of all though would have to be watching the horrifying video’s of every single animal we raise for meat being gut-wrenchingly tortured in slaughterhouses.
A vegan diet is a one thats kind and compassionate as it involves absolutely ZERO animal products.
Though this is clearly the humane choice, it’s not for everybody and is viewed as a diet that most people cannot keep to and practice long-term.
That choice though is completely upto you – we’re just here to give you the facts! :).
