Bamboo Mutton Biriyani Recipe
Cooked mutton
Ghee
Biriyani rice
Garam masala
Onion
Green hilly
Cashew nut
Fried onion
Fried kissmiss and cashews
Tomato
Garam masala
Ginger
Curry leaves
Garlic
Mint leaves

Preparations
Heat ghee
Saute cloves, bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon
Put rice into it.
Heat ghee in a pan
Saute onion in ghee
Grind ginger,garlic and green chilly and add into the onio
When the rice became crispy add doule litre water and adequte salt and cooked for some time
Add garam masala,mint leaves,curry leaves and coriander leaves
Grind cashew and curd for a thick gravy
Add tomato in the onion mixture
Add mutton into the gravy and cover it for a few min
Pour the cashew-curd paste and cover for 5 min
Put the fried cashew-raisins-onion into the rice
Take bamboo steamer
Put some rice and filled the gravy over the rice
as we make steam cake.
And steam in the pressure cooker

For a chutney
Grind onion, garlic, curryleaves, green chilly, mint-coriander leaves,
Add coconut and tamarind and salt again grind it.
