Chicken Eenthumpidi Recipe

Ingridients
Eanthu podi
Wheat podi
Fennal seeds
Salt
ChillyTurmeri cpowder
Chicken
Ginger-garlic
Shallots
Onion
Corinader
chilly Pepper
Coconut bytes
Shallots
Ghee

Preparations
Marinate the chicken with Lemon juice, chilly-turmeric -pepper powders nad ginger-garlic paste.
Mix eanth nad wheat, chill-turmeric powder, fennal seeds
Make a dough as finger lengh small
Heat some water and when its boils well put the pid into it
Strain the pidi from the boiled water
Heat a pan with oil
Saute ginger-garlic, onion-shallots, tomato, chilly-corinader-garam masala-pepper powders togerther.
Put the chicken into the mix and cover it and cook it for some time
Put the coconut paste into the chicken
Put curry-puthina-corinader leaves.
Fry shallots, coconut bytes,curry leaves ghee and oil.
Put them in the curry and serve it as hot.
