Coconut Ghee Roast Chicken Recipe:
Fen nu Greek
Curd, lemon juice,lemon juice, turmeric powder and coat well in the chicken and marinate for ½ hr
Heat a pan in ghee and roast garlic, fen nu Greek seeds, coriander, cumin, fennel seeds and garam masalas
Set aside the sautes and just fry the chopped ginger.
Blanch the dry chilly and pour the tamarind.
Grind the dry chilly-tamarind and sautes.
Heat a pan in oil and light fry the chicken
Add the coconut milk
Take another pan add some ghee and roast the grinned paste
Put the chicken pieces in the roasted masala
Drizzle some ghee all over and some curry leaves
