Royal jamun

Ingredients
Milk
Powdered dry fruit (bad am, cardamom and pis ta)
Oil
Dry fruit
Saffron
Corn flour
Sugar
Gulab jam um mix
Dates
Salt

Preparations
Heat a pan
Pour the milk
Mix the gulab jamun with a pinch salt and hot water and make dough
Add sugar into the milk when its become thick.
Mix corn flour in some water and add into the milk
Add dates, dry fruits powder, saffron
Turn off the stove
Make small balls from the jamun mix
Heat pan in oil
Fry the balls in oil and take it from the oil when it turns brown.
Put the balls in the milk syrup and fold it
Set it in the fridge and serve it chilled.

Coconut panacotta
Milk
Coconut milk
sugar
cream
vanila essence
Geletine
Coconut powder
Preparations
Heat pan in milk
Add sugar
When its boil turn off the stove and add coconut milk and fresh cream.
Add desiccated coconut powder and set aside
Melt the gelatine as double boil
Add the gelatine in milk syrup and add vanilla essence
Set it in the fridge and serve chilled.
