Skin Peels:

Skin peels help:

• Remove dead skin cells
• Treat an uneven skin tone

Causes:

Benefits of using skin peels:
• Reduces wrinkles or lines
• Increases skin elasticity
• Make skin supple & tender

Natural home remedy using starch, turmeric powder and orange:

1. Take 3 tsp of corn starch
2. Add to it 1 tsp of turmeric powder
3. Now add 1 egg white
4. Finally Add 3 tbsp of orange
5. Mix it well to make a paste
6. Make sure it is neither too thick and nor too thin
7. Wash your face with cold water and pat it dry using a tissue
8. Apply a layer of this homemade skin peel face pack. Avoid
using it close to the eyes
9. Let it dry for 10-15 min
10. Gently roll out the skin peel using your fingers
11. Apply a little orange juice on your skin
12. Let it stay as it is for 10 min
13. Finally wash off your face with cold water

• This pack will help in improving the skin texture and restore its
elasticity. The egg in the pack will help in reducing the pores
and fine lines. Orange juice helps in removing tan from the
face.

Natural home remedy using pineapple, papaya and honey:

1. Take ½ a cup fresh pineapple
2. ½ cup of papaya
3. Add 1 tbsp honey
4. Grind the mixture
5. Wash and dry your face
6.Apply the mixture on your face and allow it to dry
7. Remove the peel from your skin after 10-15 min
8. Wash your face with cold water

Tips:

• Avoid going out in sun for 2-3 days after using a skin peel
• While going out:
• Apply a sunscreen or
• Use an umbrella or
• Wear a cap
• Limit usage to 1-2 times per month
