Who Is Rachel Aust?

Rachel Aust is a health and fitness YouTuber who has incredible personal branding and video skills. Rachel’s audience isn’t massive (it’s just over 200,000 subscribers) but she offers workout information in quick bites that I can watch right before I go to the gym, or while I’m there. In a world where YouTubers troll people with Veganism, and tea detoxes are offensively prevalent, Rachel is refreshingly honest and helpful to viewers like me looking to learn about fitness. Even better for brands, she has a very consistent and recognizable aesthetic.
