a delicious summer treat is this mango ice cream that can be made in less than 20 minutes. the recipe includes mangoes, sweetened condensed milk and cream (25% to 35% fat). you can even use whipping cream.
sugar is not added in the recipe as the sweetness of the condensed milk and mangoes is enough. however if the mangoes are slightly sour or less sweet than you can add some sugar.
