Have you guys had kimchi fried rice? If you haven’t, I’m not sure what you’ve been doing with your life! You really need to try this out especially if you enjoy Korean food.
Hope you guys give this ago- with this, I didn’t do any measurements, because I never do when I make this. I just go by what I see and taste as I go! I generally like mine quite red and I sometimes add soy sauce if I feel that it needs it. Most of the ingredients are optional – basically all you’ll need is some day-old rice and some kimchi, and the rest is up to you!
