Boiled Eggs – 5 cut into pieces
Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
A piece of Ginger finely chopped
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
A few Curry leaves
A few Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
1. In a bowl add Besan flour, Green chilli, Onion, Coriander leaves, Ginger, Curry leaves, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Water & mix it well to become a batter consistency.
2. Dip the Egg pieces in the batter & take some batter along with egg & deep fry in heat oil.
