Eggplant Fingers Recipe – Snack Recipe
1. Combine chilly paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt.
2. Cut the brinjal and mix in the paste and marinate for few min
3. Sprinkle chopped ginger-garlic over the brinjal
4. Beat the egg
5. Heat oil in a pan
6. Dip the brinjal in the egg and spread it on the bread crumbs. Again dip in the egg and roll it on the sesame
7. Fry it in the low flame
1. Grind cucumber, mint leaves, green chilly, salt
add mayonnaise into it
10. Mix well and serve hot
