Ingredients:

½ kg (250g) Maida
2 Potato (boiled and mashed)
2 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilly (Powder)
Oil


Method:

Mold Maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
Create small balls out of the dough.
Roll out into small puries.
Prick the purees with a fork, and then deep fry it.
Sprinkle red chilly powder, and serve as a dry snack during festivals.
