2 1/4 – 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or maida
in the beginning start with 2 1/4 and then if you need more add up to 2 1/2, the dough should not be too hard
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk, heated to lukewarm
1 large egg
half cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
