HOW TO MAKE JACKFRUIT STIR FRY
Ingredients
– One cup of chopped shallots (15 numbers)
– 3 tbsp coconut oil
– 3 teaspoon of chilli flakes
– 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
– 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
– 10-15 Curry Leaves
– 600 grams of jackfruit (not ripe)
– Salt to taste
For seasoning
– 1 tbsp coconut oil
– 5-10 Curry Leaves
