Chef Vicky Ratnani tells us the quick recipe of Stir Fry Beef. The ingredients used are:
• Beef
• Sesame Oil
• Soy Sauce
• Oil
• Mushroom
• Bell Pepper
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Vinegar
• Chilly Garlic Sauce
• Coriander
• Salt

METHOD:

1. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to beef and mix well and fry the
beef.
2. In a pan add oil, chopped bell pepper, mushroom, garlic and
ginger. Mix the ingredients properly.
3. Add the beef into the pan and mix.
4. Now add vinegar, chilly garlic sauce, coriander and salt. Mix
properly.
5. Put the ingredients into a serving bowl.
6. Stir Fry Beef is ready to serve.

COOKING TIME: 15-20 Minutes

Another recipe of grilled prawns by Chef Vicky Ratnani is Kalonji Prawn.

Ingredients are:

• Prawns
• Ginger Garlic Paste
• Yogurt
• Garam Masala
• Red Chilly Powder
• Turmeric Powder
• Kalonji Seeds
• Salt
• Oil
• Gram Flour
• Lemon Juice
• Coriander Leaves
• Kalonji Seeds

METHOD:

1. Firstly, de shell the prawns and then marinate it with ginger
garlic paste, yogurt, garam masala, red chilly powder, turmeric
powder, kalonji seeds, salt, oil and gram flour.
2. Now put them on the grill. Put some lemon juice and coriander
leaves on them.
3. Let the prawns grill for 3-4 minutes.
4. Later, put them in a serving dish and garnish with kalonji
seeds.
5. Kalonji Prawns are ready to serve.

NOTE: Marinate the prawns 2 hours before cooking for good taste.

COOKING TIME: 15-20 Minutes
