Indian cooking is generally very generous with spices. We do use plenty spices in our regular daily cooking and there are also some special spices which we use occasionally to make some special dishes and some international spices and herbs to make Global cuisines. At the end we end up having so much of Spices and Herbs and don’t know how to manage them all.
