Soaked Split Black Gram
Soaked Rice With Fenugreek Seeds

For the Potato Filling:-

Green Chillies
Curry Leaves
Sliced Onions
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Cubed Boiled Potatoes

The Potato Filling:-
Heat the oil in a pan and once it’s hot add asafoetida, black mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and onions. Saute this mixture till the onions are transluscent and then add turmeric powder, salt and potatoes. Squeeze lemon juice on top of it.
