For Masala
4 big Potato
1 big beetroot
(boiled and mashed together)
1 big onion sliced
Curry Leaves
1 big Ginger crushed
Grren Chilli as per taste

1/2Tbs Tumeric
2Tbs Coraiander
1Tbs Chilli
1Tbs Garam Masala
1/2Tbs Cumin Seed
1Tbs Urad Dal
1Tbs Green Garam Dal
1Tbs Mustand Seeds
Asafoetida (1/2Tbs or as per tatse)

For Dosa
1/4 cup Channa Dal
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 cup Rice
1 cup Urad Dal

Take a bowl add rice,urad dal, channa dal,fenugreek seeds, wash and soak for 6 hrs.
After 6 hrs blend it into a fine paste and keep it for overnight fermentation.
Next day add salt and mix.
