mirchi pakoras are made with large green chilies which are not spicy and hot. these are green chilli fritters made with gram flour (besan) batter.
broadly there are two types of mirchi pakora recipe. one is plain, which is shown in this video, whereas the other type is stuffed with a spiced potato stuffing.
