Minced meat Samosa | Homemade Keema Samosa Recipe
Minced meat – 250 gms
Chopped Onion – 1 no
Chopped Tomato – 1 no
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 3/4 tsp
Readymade Samosa wrap
1.To Pressure cook the minced meat, add tomatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste and minced meat.
2.Now, add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and little water.
3.Mix well and Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
4.Heat oil in a pan and transfer the cooked meat to it.
5.Add chopped coriander leaves.
6.Cook till water is dried. Your filling is ready.
7.Now, fold samosa wrap into a cone,
8.Fill a spoon of meat inside the cone and fold it in.
9.Seal the ends by dabbing water.
10.Deep fry the samosas in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Crunchy Samosa is ready to serve.
