Minced meat is the main ingredient folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. You just can’t buy better samosas in the shops.

Minced meat Samosa

Minced meat – 250 gms
Onion – 1 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste
A few Coriander leaves
Readymade Samosa wraps

First step: Pressure cook the minced meat
add the tomatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste and the minced meat
then add turmeric powder, chillipowder, salt and little water.
Mix well and Pressure cook for 3/4 whistles

Step 2: frying the meat
Heat oil in a pan and transfer the cooked meat to it.
add some chopped coriander leaves
cook till the water is dried
your filling is ready

Step3: Folding and frying the samosa
fold samosa wrap in to a cone,
fill a spoon of meat inside the cone and fold it in
Sealt the ends by dabbing water and pressing
deep fry the samosas in hot oil and skim out when it turns golden brown
