Causes:

• Sunburn
• Hormonal imbalance
• Pregnancy
• Consuming birth control pills

Natural home remedy using almonds & honey:

1. Take 1 cup honey
2. Add about 12-15 almonds
3. Blend the mixture together to get a fine puree
4. Scoop a generous amount of this mixture with your fingers and massage it on your skin
5. Let the mixture stay on your skin for 20-30 min
6. Wash off with water and pat dry your skin

Apply this mixture once everyday. This mixture has a bleaching effect on the skin & will help to gradually fade the discoloration in 8-10 weeks.

Natural home remedy using milk, honey, lemon juice & almond oil:

1. Take 2 tbsp of milk
2. Add 1 tbsp honey
3. Add 2 tsp lemon juice
4. Add 1 tsp almond oil
5. Mix it well
6. Apply the mixture & let it stay for 15-20 min.
7. Wash off with lukewarm water

Natural home remedy using tomato puree & lemon juice:

1. Take 1 cup tomato puree
2. Add to it 2 tsp lemon juice
3. Apply this mixture on your neck and back
4. And let it stay for 20 min
5. Wash off with lukewarm water
6. Do this twice everyday

2. Wear a cap or use an umbrella to protect skin from sun
