Body Scrub:

Deposits of dead cells lead to:

• Blackheads
• Acne
• Uneven skin tone

Natural home remedy using coconut oil, sugar and pineapple juice:

1. Take 1 cup sugar
2. Add 3 tbsp. of coconut oil. Coconut oil is an effective moisturizer
3. Add 4 tbsp. pineapple juice. Pineapple juice contains enzymes
which stimulate the replacement of dead skin cells
4. Add 1 tbsp. honey
5. Mix it well
6. Take some of this mixture in your palm and massage on all the
dry areas using your fingers
7. Remember to apply it on your elbows, knees and ankles
8. Once done, wash it off with lukewarm water

Natural home remedy using sea salt and cinnamon powder:

1. Take 1 cup of sea salt
2. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder (dalchini)
3. Add to it about 4 tbsp of almond oil. You may also add olive oil
instead
4. Mix it well
5. Rub this mixture gently on all parts of the skin which need
exfoliation

• Since, there is salt in this scrub, avoid applying it on any open
wounds or scratches on the skin.

Tips:

• Clean your skin before exfoliating
• Take a hot shower or a steam bath to open pores
• Restrict exfoliation to 2-3 times a month
