• Skin pores are small openings on the surface of our skin
• Skin pores contain oil glands that moisturize the skin
• Pores also help the sweat glands excrete sweat
• At times, these pores enlarge and become unsightly
• This condition is also referred to as strawberry skin


• Heredity
• Age
• Oily skin
• Lack of regular skin care
• Breaking of pimples
• Squeezing blackheads

Face mask using apple cider vinegar and egg:

Apple cider vinegar is an excellent natural astringent that helps to shrink the pores.While eggs helps in firming and brightening up the skin

1. Crack 1 egg in a bowl and beat it
2. Now add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice in this
3. Also add 2 tsp apple cider vinegar in the mixture
4. Mix all this very well.
5. Apply this mask with help of a makeup brush
6. Let it set for 10 min
7. After which, rinse with warm water

After using this remedy use a mild natural face wash to get rid of the egg odor

Face mask using cucumber and honey:

Cucumber keeps the skin hydrated and honey helps to shrink the open pores

1. Take 1 cup fresh cucumber juice
2. To this add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3. Add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
4. And 1 tsp honey
5. Now mix all these ingredients
6. Pour it in a dry glass bottle and refrigerate
7. Once it is cold, shake the bottle well and remove 3 tbsp
mixture in a bowl
8. Dip a cotton ball in this and wipe it on your face

This mask usually suits all skin types. You may use this every night.


• Use a sunscreen
• Wear a hat before going out in the sun
• Make sure to use a makeup remover to remove the makeup
