Njandu Urulakizhangu Varutharachathu

Receipe Ingredients:

Crab
Peppercorn
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Shallots
Onion
Coconut
Potato
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilly
Chilly powder
Turmeric
Coriander
Curry leaves
Oil

Instructions
Roast the coconut with pepper,cardamom and cinnamon.
And grind with some oil.

Preparation
1.Take a mud pan and put the cleaned crab into it. Cut potato,onion,green chilly,ginger,garlic,shallots and curry leaves into small pieces and put it along with the crab. Add some turmeric powder and coconut oil into it. Allow to cook for some time.
2.Take a pan and add some oil. Saute ginger, green chilly,garlic,shallots,onion and curry leaves.
Put turmeric-coriander-chilly powder into it.
3.When the crab cook, shift it into the pan and add some salt.
4.Add the grinned coconut paste into it and mix well.
5.Drizzle some coconut oil over it.
6.Serve it as hot.
