No Bake Cheesecake & Chicken Makhani Recipe

No Bake Cheesecake

Recipe Ingredients:
Biscuit
Condensed milk
Butter
Sugar
Praline cream
Carrot pulp
Pane er
Cottage cheese
Gelatin
Praline of cashew

Preparation
1. Combine biscuit and butter. Put it in mold and press well. Set it in refrigerator.
2. Put the grated pane er, half portion of carrot pulp condensed milk,sugar in a jar and grind well.
3. Add cream and gelatin into the mix and grind again
4. Take the biscuit base and pour the mix over it and set again in the fridge
5. Heat a pan with rest of carrot pulp and sugar. Mix some gelatin. Allow to cool in room temperature
6. Take mix from the fridge and pour the mix over the cake mix.Set it in the fridge.

Chicken Makhni Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (Beat and flat it)
Tomato
Capsicum
Pane er
Pepper
Cashews
Ginger
Garlic
Cream
Butter
Salt

Instructions
1. Masala for chicken roll
2. Saute chopped pane er-capsicum,-onion, salt, gar am masala and chilly powder. Make a dry gravy.

Preparations
1. Rub a little salt on the both sides of chicken breast.
2. Boil some water. Put tomato, capsicum, garlic, ginger, cashew pepper, powder and salt in it. When its cook, strain it and grind it.
3. Take the chicken breast and place a Palak leaf on it. And place the dry gravy on it and roll it. Lock it with tooth pick.
4. Heat the pan in olive oil and grill the chicken roll.
5. Heat a pan and pour the grinned gravy. Sprinkle some coriander powder. Drop some butter and cream and mix well.
6. Cut the grilled chicken vertically.
7. Pour the sauce on a plate and place the chicken roll on it and serve it.
