Special Egg Noodles
Ingredients

Oil
Chopped Onions
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Green Chili
Chopped Capsicum (optional)
Chopped Tomatoes
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves

For Omelette
Egg – 2 nos
Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Chili powder

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Break and beat the eggs.
2. Pour the egg mixture into the pan add salt, pepper powder, chili powder and cook it.
3. Egg omelette is ready. Now cut into thin strips like noodles. Keep aside.
4. In the same pan heat oil. Add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, chopped capsicum (optional) and chopped tomatoes.
5. Saute the onion till it turns transparent.
6. Then add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder and saute till vegetables become dry.
7. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
8. Serve hot for breakfast or snacks.
