3 cups water
1½ cups rice
1 cup black beans
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
½ avocado, cubed (garnish)

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400ºF/200ºC.
