All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 3/4 Cup
Corn Flour – 1/4 Cup
Garlic Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masal Powder – 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/8 tsp
Salt – to taste
Yogurt (beaten) – 1/4 Cup
Onion (Cut in 1/4 inch rings) – 2 medium
Panko Bread Crumbs – 1 Cup
Oil – for deep Frying
