Paneer 250 grams (I’ve used Amul Paneer)
6 chopped shallots
1 green chili chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cheese (I have used Almarai Sliced cheese)
Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together to a fine paste.

Make balls of the paneer mixture. To the balls, make a depression in the middle and place a small piece of cheese and cover the balls.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer balls till they are golden brown.
Now your crispy paneer balls can be served with ketchup and mayonnaise
