Pista Badam Kheer
Pistachio- 1 handful
Badam- 1 handful
Milk Khoya- 2 tea spoons
Saffron in milk- few strands
Sugar- half cup
Milk- 500 ml
1. Add pistachio, badam, milk khoya, few drops of saffron in milk, sugar, cardamom powder and little milk in a mixy and blend it together.
2. Set the deep pot on the stove and add the remaining milk and the mixture.
3. Let it boil for few minutes.
4. Turn off the stove and add few drops of Saffron in milk.
5. Garnish the Kheer with badam
