Easy breakfast recipe! Poached eggs

Boil water of depth 3cm in a vessel.

Stir the water and create a whirlpool.

Note: The whirlpool helps to keep the egg together without it falling apart and gives it a more round shape than using a pan

Add egg to the centre of the whirlpool.

Let the egg poach for 2 minutes.

Press the yolk and check! It should bounce back like a jelly and all the white should be firmed up around.

Move to a serving dish and garnish with pepper powder and salt.
