Potato Egg Chops
Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes – 3 nos
Chopped Onion – 1 no
Chopped Tomato – 1 no
Chopped Green Chili – 1 no
Coriander leaves
Ginger Garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Boiled Egg – 2 no
Egg – 1 no
Oil
Bread Crumbs

Method:
1.Take 3 Boiled Potatoes, remove the skin and chop it.
2.Mash the potatoes well using Masher or hands.
3.Now, add 1 Chopped Onion, 1 Chopped Tomato, 1 Chopped Green Chili, few Coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, 1 tsp of Cumin powder, 1 tsp of Coriander powder, Salt and mix it well with mashed potatoes.
4.Take 2 Boiled Eggs and cut it vertically into four.
5.Crack open 1 Egg in a bowl and beat it well and keep it aside.
6.Grease your hands with Oil, Take little bit of mashed potato and flatten it like patties and place the piece of cut boiled egg into it and seal it. Now your Potato chops mixture is ready.
7.Now, take Potato Chops, dip it into the egg wash, make sure it is coated well and roll it with bread crumbs.
8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
9.Take a wide sauce pan and Shallow fry the chops.
Crunchy and tasty Potato Egg Chops is ready to serve.
