Puri Bhaji Recipe | എളുപ്പത്തിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കാം പൂരിയും ബജിയും | Puri Bhaji in Malayalam

Ingredients for Bhaji
Potato – 3 nos (240ml 3 cups)
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 4 nos
Turmeric powder -1/4 tbsp
Water
Salt to taste

For Seasoning:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tbsp
Dry red chilli – 2 nos
Curry leaves – 6 to 10 leaves

Method to make Bhaji:
In a pressure cooker, boil all ingredients together till 2 whistles come.
Season the boiled mixture. The tasty bhaji is ready.

Ingredients for Puri (Poori)
Atta – 3 cups (240 ml cup)
Salt to taste
water
Oil – 1 tbsp

Method to make Puri (Poori)
Add a little salt and make puri dough by adding water little by little as shown in the video.
Add a tablespoon of oil which will help your puri not to drink more oil while frying.
Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. This will help to make the puri soft.

Then make small balls out of dough and then roll out in round shape as shown in the video.
Fry poori in hot oil one by one.
