Tan refers to the skin darkening due to exposure to the UV radiation of the sun
In many regions, tanning is often done intentionally by sun bathing or other artificial methods
Sun exposure facilitates production of vitamin D
Excessive sun exposure can cause:
Weak immune system
Exposure to the sun damages melanin leading to brief skin darkening
Take 1 cup plain yogurt
Add 1 cucumber juice in it
Add 1 tomato juice
Add 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
Apply this on your face and neck
Leave it on for 30-45 mins
Rinse it off with lukewarm water
Do this twice a week
Take 2 tbsp fresh cucumber juice
Add 1 tbsp lime juice
Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Apply this on the affected skin
Leave it for 30 mins
Wash it off with water
Do this once daily
