Ragi Idli & Dosa
Ingredients

Ragi – 100 ml
Urad Dal – 50 gms
Idli Rice – 100 gms
Water
Rock salt
Oil

Method
1. Soak ragi, urad dal and rice separately for about 3 hours
2. Once soaked, grind the urad dal to a smooth batter and take it in a bowl
3. Next, grind ragi and rice together to a smooth and fine batter and add it to the urad dal batter
4. Add some rock salt and mix it well
5. Let the batter ferment for about 8 hours
6. Once the batter is fermented, it is ready to make idlis and dosas
7. To make idlis, add the batter into the idli moulds and steam cook it
8. To make dosas, add a ladle of the batter onto the tawa and spread the batter thin
9. Add oil and cook both sides of the dosa by flipping it
10. You can serve the idlis and dosas hot with some chutney and sambar.

Neer Dosa
Ingredients

Raw Rice – 1 cup
Salt
Oil
Water

Method
1. Soak raw rice for about 5 hours.
2. Add it to a mixer jar, add salt along with it and grind it to a smooth batter.
3. Add enough water to get a buttermilk consistency.
4. Heat a dosa skillet and grease it with oil.
5. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread it.
6. Close and cook it.
7. Take the Neer Dosa from the pan and fold it.
8. Serve it along with sambar and chutney.

Rava Uttapam
Ingredients

Rava/Sooji – 1 cup
Sour Curd – 1/2 cup
Chopped Onion
Chopped Green chili
Chopped & Deseeded Tomato
Grated Carrot
Chopped Coriander leaves
Oil
Water
Salt

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add rava/ sooji, salt and sour curd
2. Mix well and add water
3. Once the batter is well combined and let it rest for 10 mins
4. After 10 mins add enough water to get the right consistency
5. Heat a tawa and add a ladle of batter onto the tawa
6. Add chopped onions, green chilies, tomatoes, and carrots
7. Add some oil and cook the uttappam evenly on both the sides
8. Serve the Rava Uttappam hot with some Chutney and sambar .
