Recipe no 1
Karimeen pollichathu
1. karimeen- 2nos
2. turmeric powder- 1 spn
3. shallots-2spn
4. dry redchillies- 4nos(crushed)
5. ginger- 1spn
6. garlic- 1spn
7. pepper powder- 1spn
8. oil- 2tbspn
9. vineger- 1tbspn
10. salt- to taste
11. curry leaves- 2spring
12. banana leaf
1. applay the turmeric powder to the fish
2. take a bawl and mix with shallats, dry redchillies, ginger (crushed), garlic (crushed), turmeric powder, pepper powder, 2 drops oil, vinegar, salt and curry leaves and mix well and marinate the fish with masala for 15 minutes
3. take one banana leafe and spread the masala and put the fish on the masala and and also spread the masala on the fish and fold leafe and tie
4. heat oil on a pan and put the fish and close the pan for coock. Then the karimeen pollichathu is ready to serve

Tharavu kurumulakittu varattiyathu
1. ginger- 1tbs
2. garlic- 1tbs
3. onion- 1 1/2
4. salt- to taste
5. tomato- 1nos
6. curry leaves- 2spring
7. turmeric powder- 1spn
8. chilly powder- 2spn
9. coriander powder- 3spn
10. garamasala powder- 1spn
11. pepper powder- 2spn
12. oil- 2tbs
1. heat oil in a pan saute the ginger, garlic, onion and salt
2. add tomato and curry leaves and also add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriender powder and garamasala powder and saute well
3. add duck pieces and some water and mix well and close the pan for coock after spread some pepper powder to it and saute well. Then the tharavu kurumulakittu varattiyathu is ready to serve
