Sun Damaged Hair:

• Sun damage can lead to weak, dry, brittle & discolored hair
prone to split-ends & even breakage
• Chemically lightened, bleached or treated hair is more prone
to sun damage

Hair mask using aloe vera and coconut oil:

Aloe Vera forms a protective layer on the hair and repairs damage and coconut oil moisturizes dry hair

1. Taking the gel of 1 aloe vera leaf in a bowl
2. Add to it 3 tbsp of coconut oil
3. Now mix them all together to make an even paste
4. Then apply this paste on individual sections of dry hair from
root to tip
5. And wash it off after 20 minutes with shampoo and
conditioner

This remedy can be used twice a week till the health of your hair is restored

Hair mask using avocado, egg, castor oil and honey:

Avocado and egg are both rich in protein and vitamins which help restore damaged hair. Honey is a great moisturizer and along with castor oil, it helps to smoothen the outer layer of the hair and repairs the split ends

1. Take ½ of an avocado
2. And mash it well in a bowl
3. Then add 1 egg yolk to it
4. Also add 1 tbsp of honey
5. Now add 1 tbsp of olive oil
6. Also add 1 tsp of castor oil
7. Now mix them well with a fork till they form a smooth paste
8. Then apply this mask evenly onto the hair
9. Wrap the hair in a plastic shower cap to maintain moisture
10. Rinse off with cool water after 45 minutes
11. Finally wash and condition your hair as usual with mild
organic products

It is recommended that this remedy be used once a week for best results

Tips:

• Wear a wide brim hat to protect your hair from sun
• Condition the hair every time you wash to preserve its moisture
• Avoid using any product containing alcohol, lemon juice,
peroxide, sun-activated hair-lightening sprays and essential
oils immediately before going into the sun
• Use mild organic shampoos &avoid any chemical or heat
treatments on damaged hair
